Calm before the storm (?) in Donetsk
It seems that Donetsk has ceased to be (at least temporarily ) the centre of separatist activity in the Donbas. ODA - the first ‘capital’ of separatists, is calm and quiet as never before. The captured city administration building is still covered with garish posters and surrounded by barricades, but it looks quite deserted. No one is speaking from the stage. There are practically no people present; apparently, they have already fulfilled their task. You can see that everything is now taking place on other levels. There are also no masked man, previously omnipresent; the question is: Where are they? ...as I doubt that they have gone to their homes. A leaflet with a map of the ‘New Russia’ is being distributed in one of the tents. The strange thing is that people still speak about the ‘federalisation’, holding these leaflets in their hands. Generally, they are less talkative than before.
